Technical information

If analytics, security, or hosting tools are enabled, limited technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, and website interaction data may be processed.

Opening the application page always sends this kind of technical information to Tally, because the application form is loaded from tally.so as part of that page.

Opening any page sends this kind of technical information to Cloudflare, which hosts the website and produces its visitor statistics.

Information may be used to:

• review applications
• determine service fit and capacity
• communicate acceptance, waiting-list, or next-step information
• administer payment and scheduling
• deliver the purchased service
• provide agreed reports and follow-up
• maintain service records
• improve the website and operational process
• comply with legal or accounting obligations where applicable

The detailed application remains in the application system used by the business.

Only information that is operationally necessary is transferred into email or CRM systems.

We do not collect more sensitive information than is needed to understand the application.

The website and application process currently involve these third-party services:

• Tally — hosts the application form. The form is embedded in the application page and loads with it, so opening that page contacts tally.so and sends it your IP address, browser and device information, and the full address of the page you are on, including any tracking or referral parameters in the link you arrived on. Application answers are submitted to and stored by Tally.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website, and provides the website statistics described in the cookies section below. Cloudflare receives your IP address, the address of the page you are on, the address of the page you came from, and basic information about your browser, device and country.
• Google — provides the professional email address, so messages you send by email are processed by Google.

The website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking services, and payment instructions are sent to you individually after a place is confirmed rather than handled by a checkout on this site.

Each provider may process information according to its own privacy terms.

Payment is handled through the payment method / payment-link provider supplied after acceptance.

Milica’s website does not store full payment-card details.

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• application review
• client administration
• service delivery
• follow-up
• legal / accounting obligations
• legitimate business records

Personal information is not sold.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers that support the website, forms, email, payment, hosting, or administration, or where required by law.

Client stories are anonymized by default unless the client gives explicit permission to be identified.

Public use of feedback is based on appropriate permission.

Original client communications are not published without permission.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies, and sets no non-essential cookies of its own.

The application page displays an application form hosted by Tally (tally.so). The form loads together with the page, so opening that page contacts tally.so, and Tally may set its own cookies or browser storage under its own privacy terms. Tally is contacted from that page only.

This website collects basic visitor statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are opened, how they perform, the address of the page you arrived from, and general information about your browser, device and country. It is used to understand how the website is used and nothing else.

These statistics are collected without cookies. Nothing is stored on your device, you are not given an identifier, and you are not tracked across other websites or over time. The information is processed by Cloudflare as described above.

If a tool that requires cookies or a consent mechanism is ever added, this section and the website will be updated to match what the site actually does.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
