Terms of Service

Milica works through an application-first process.

Submitting an application does not automatically confirm a place.

Milica may accept, waitlist, or decline an application based on fit, current capacity, and the nature of the requested work.

Payment is requested only after acceptance and when a place is being confirmed.

Resolution Session — $536 USD

Includes the current published Resolution Session deliverables.

Intuitive Space Clearing — $257 USD standard

Very large homes, large commercial properties, or non-standard spaces may require individual pricing.

You + Your Space — $644 USD

Includes a complete Resolution Session and complete Intuitive Space Clearing.

Prices may be updated in the future. The price confirmed for an accepted client at the time of payment applies to that purchase.

There is no public instant checkout.

After acceptance and when a place is being confirmed, Milica provides the client with the applicable payment instructions / individual payment link.

A place is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been completed, unless Milica states otherwise in writing.

After payment, the client receives the relevant preparation information and scheduling details.

The client is responsible for providing the information reasonably required for the selected service.

For Intuitive Space Clearing, this may include photographs, preferably a short video, property information, and basic information about the people who live or work there.

For a Resolution Session, the client may name a focus or topic but does not need to provide a full life history.

Milica recommends that the client does not drive during the Resolution Session core work period.

48+ hours before scheduled work

If the client cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled work, a refund is available minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees.

Less than 48 hours before scheduled work

If less than 48 hours remain before the scheduled work:

• no refund is available
• the appointment may be moved once

Once Milica’s work has started

Once Milica’s work has started, no refund is available.

The Resolution Session currently includes:

• individualized intuitive reading
• approximately 2 hours of independent remote core work
• deep energetic work / clearing / resolution
• energetic protection
• detailed written report within 24 hours after the core work
• private follow-up Zoom up to 60 minutes within the next 3 days
• 7-day window for relevant questions connected to the session

The Zoom is a follow-up conversation and is not the core session itself.

The current standard service includes:

• remote intuitive reading of the space
• context exploration where relevant
• energetic clearing
• harmonization
• energetic protection
• detailed written report within 24 hours after the space work is completed
• relevant recommendations where appropriate
• one clarification question within 7 days of receiving the report, if something in the report or recommendations is unclear

Intuitive Space Clearing does not include a separate Zoom.

Very large or non-standard properties may require individual scope and pricing.

You + Your Space includes:

• complete Resolution Session
• complete Intuitive Space Clearing

The exact scheduling of the two complete parts is agreed after acceptance.

The two services have different post-session provisions.

Resolution Session: 7 days for questions directly related to what appeared during the work.

Intuitive Space Clearing: one clarification question within 7 days after the client receives the report, and only where something in the report or recommendations is unclear.

Neither service includes:

• unlimited coaching
• open-ended life advice
• unrestricted access
• ongoing support unrelated to the completed work

The specific communication channel may be provided operationally to the client.

Milica does not guarantee any specific external outcome, including but not limited to:

• employment
• promotion
• business revenue
• relationship outcome
• money
• pregnancy
• medical recovery
• psychological outcome
• disappearance of anxiety
• legal or administrative outcome
• one-session transformation
• a fixed timeline

Milica’s work is not medical treatment and is not psychotherapy.

She does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions and does not advise clients to stop medication, medical treatment, or psychotherapy.

The client remains responsible for seeking appropriately qualified professional support where needed.

The client remains responsible for:

• personal decisions
• medical and mental-health decisions
• financial decisions
• business decisions
• relationship decisions
• legal decisions
• actions taken after the work

Milica does not make life decisions on behalf of the client.

The client is responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

The client should not provide unnecessary sensitive information.

Application and service information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Website text, reports, educational materials, and other materials created by Milica remain Milica’s intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

A client may keep and use their own private report for personal use.

The client may not reproduce, publish, resell, or commercially distribute Milica’s materials without permission.

Milica may update these Terms in the future.

The version applicable to a purchased service is the version in effect when the client completes payment, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the client.
